TRIUNA LABS

Terms of Use

Effective August 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of Fold Article Studio. By using Fold, you agree to them.

Permission to use Fold

Triuna Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the hosted service for lawful personal or business publishing work. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you enter and assets Fold generates from it. You are responsible for having the rights to that content and for reviewing outputs before publication.

Our intellectual property

Fold, its original software, interface, design, documentation, and branding belong to Triuna Labs. Third-party software remains subject to its original licenses. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

LinkedIn and third-party services

Fold is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Free and future paid services

Fold’s current local-first features remain available without payment. Any future paid plan will show its price, billing interval, included capabilities, renewal terms, cancellation method, and refund policy before purchase. A pricing preview or waitlist does not create a subscription or authorize a charge.

Disclaimers and liability

Fold is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that extent, Triuna Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid for Fold in the prior 12 months or $100.

Changes, termination, and law

We may change or discontinue Fold and update these terms. California law governs them without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective.
