TRIUNA LABS
Privacy Policy
Effective August 3, 2026
Fold Article Studio is operated by Triuna Labs. This policy explains what information Fold handles and why.
Information we handle
Drafts and projects. Fold stores your drafts, generated assets, settings, and project library locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to Triuna Labs unless a future cloud feature clearly asks you to do so.
Optional email preferences. If you choose Updates, we collect your email address, the categories you select, the consent-copy version, signup source, and signup time. Each selected category is stored as a separate preference.
Future paid plans. Fold 1.4 does not offer checkout, subscriptions, or a paid-plan signup. Triuna Labs will update this policy before Fold 1.5 collects account, subscription, billing, or paid-plan interest records.
Technical data. Our providers may process ordinary operational and security data such as IP address, browser information, request time, and error logs.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Fold.
- Send only the product updates you requested.
- Respond to access, correction, deletion, and support requests.
Service providers and disclosure
Cloudflare provides hosting and security services. Supabase stores optional email preferences. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or in a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Retention and your choices
Local projects remain until you clear browser storage or delete them. Email preferences remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Marketing messages will include an unsubscribe mechanism. For access, correction, or deletion, email hello@triunalabs.com.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Fold is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will revise the effective date when we do.
